Who We Are

Owner, Luanne Kanerva began her career as a set decorator in the TV and film industry before opening katu design home staging in 2004. Her experience has given her the ability to quickly see the best potential of homes and translate that vision into very marketable properties. Her love of colour and design allows her to seamlessly incorporate the most on-trend and desirable looks in every home. She has been a guest expert for shows such as City TV’s Cityline and HGTV’s House & Home.

Lead Designer, Judith Wale draws on the principles she learned working in professional kitchens, balancing colour and texture, into the elements of each home that katu design stages.
